I, Andrew Innes, am the principal of Aaron Home Inspection. I do all my own home inspections. I have done home inspections for over 28 years and performed over 6,000 residential home inspections. I am a Massachusetts licensed home inspector #90 and a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Over the years I have assessed a great many house conditions usual and unusual. I will share this experience and perspective with you. |

Some home inspectors work for referrals from selling real estate brokers in exchange for a "go easy" inspection. Not me. I will give you my honest, objective, professional opinion as to the house's condition. |
